Bostick is a graduate of The University of Virginia and Emory University and lives in Philadelphia with her husband Maurice and son, Roman.

Damon Jones leads efforts to help ensure P&G is and is recognized as a force for good and a force for growth. He leads a consumer-centric communications ecosystem and an equality-focused citizenship agenda that span more than 180 countries.

P&G and Jones have been well recognized within the CPG industry and beyond for their leadership in creative, advocacy-based campaigns that inspire dialogue and enable collective action in advancing equality for women, people of color, members of the LGBTQ+ community and other under-represented groups. These programs have been broadly recognized for their creativity, inspiration and impact – including multiple Silver Anvils, Cannes Lions and Primetime Commercial Emmy awards and nominations.

Further, the 500-person strong global communication discipline led by Jones advances P&G’s growth strategy while building and protecting the image and reputation of the world’s largest consumer goods company and its portfolio of nearly 100 industry-leading brands. The discipline includes influencer marketing, brand and corporate communications, digital and social media, stakeholder engagement, issues advocacy and crisis management.

A trusted advisor to the C-suite, Jones has a proven track record of leveraging reputation and relationships to drive brand and business success. During his 20+ year career with P&G, Jones has had responsibility for a diverse set of geographic, organizational and product portfolios – with assignments in Boston, Geneva, London and Singapore – leading local, regional and global businesses.

Following his passion for community engagement, Jones took a leave of absence to serve as the Communications Director for the 2008 Democratic National Convention. He remains active as a Board member and strategic advisor to numerous educational, cultural and advocacy organizations.

Yuvraj Arora has been Category President of Kellogg North America, overseeing the Kellogg North America Commercial Category Organization, since April 2021. He previously served as General Manager, Salty Snacks Category since 2019.

He joined the Kellogg Company in India in 2002 as Category Manager before being promoted to Marketing Director in 2004. In 2005, he relocated to the U.S. and served in a number of roles in the U.S. Morning Foods business and in Global Marketing.

Mr. Arora received an MBA degree with specialization in marketing from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi, India and an Engineering degree in electronics engineering from National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India.

Brandi Ray

Brandi Ray is the Sr. Marketing Director, Communications for the Energy Portfolio. In this role, Brandi leads the overall Communications, Equity and Media plans for PepsiCo’s newest acquisition- Rockstar Energy and our newest launch MTN DEW RISE Energy.

She most recently joined the Energy team from the Frito-Lay Division, where she had various roles across brand, shopper, field marketing, portfolio marketing, and innovation over the past 10 years. Most recently, Brandi led the growth strategy, communication, and commercialization agenda for Cheetos. In this role, Brandi was responsible for setting the brand growth strategy and vision for Frito-Lay’s 3rd Largest Global Brand. Since joining Cheetos is June of 2018, Brandi has led the team to deliver a new transformational strategy on Cheetos which is resulting in the business delivering ahead of business plan. She led the team to launch the biggest innovation on Cheetos in the past 10 years with Cheetos Popcorn, and launched it on the biggest stage- Super Bowl LIV in February 2020. This was the brand’s return to the Super Bowl for the first time in 11 years, and the ad “Can’t Touch This” made Top 10 on the USA Today Ad Meter- and the #1 :30 spot in the game. Under her leadership, she advanced the brand on the path to be PepsiCo’s newest $2B brand in 2020.

Brandi began her PepsiCo career in summer of 2009, as an intern at Frito-Lay, working on a marketing strategy project for the Women’s Portfolio. In 2010, Brandi started full-time at Frito-Lay and has had several roles including on the All Natural Portfolio Communication Team, Field Marketing Team in the South Business Unit, the Lay’s Brand Team leading the first-ever—Lay’s Do Us A Flavor Campaign, the Tostitos & SunChips Innovation Team, and the Digital Shopper Conversion Team in PepsiCo’s Demand Xcelerator Shopper Marketing. Most recently as the Director on Ruffles, Brandi led a team to deliver PepsiCo’s newest $1B brand, by unlocking growth on Ruffles through Equity, Engagement, and Partnership with the NBA.

She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and her Master of Business Administration from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She is also a Consortium for Graduate Study in Management Fellow. An Atlanta native, Brandi loves spending time with family and friends. She has a passion for mentoring and unleashing the next generation of talent in the organization. She has led the Frito-Lay Marketing Diversity Recruiting Team supporting PepsiCo’s Diversity & Inclusion Agenda and is a recipient of the Frito-Lay Inclusion Award. Currently, Brandi is the National Board Co-Lead of PepsiCo’s African-American Employee Resource Group, Mosaic, with the vision of making PepsiCo a premier company of African-American talent globally. She also helped shape and execute PepsiCo’s commitment to the Racial Equality Journey for African-Americans with an investment of $430 MM over the next 5 years. In 2020, she was recognized as one of Business Insiders Inaugural Top 25 List of Rising Stars in Marketing. She was also selected as Top 40 Under 40 at her alma mater- Emory University. In June 2021, Brandi and her team received recognition from her Cheetos 2020 Super Bowl LIV Campaign with a Cannes Lions Grand Prix Creative Strategy win for “Can’t Touch This”. Two weeks ago, Brandi was honored on Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 list!.

Priscilla Zee is a Business Unit Director of Natural & Organic brands at General Mills. She has spent a long career building beloved brands like Annie’s, Lucky Charms, Trix, and Yoplait. Most recently at Annie’s, Priscilla led record-breaking growth post General Mills acquisition, while working to maintain the special legacy and mission of the brand to make a positive impact on our planet, specifically investing in regeneratively sourced ingredients and recyclable packaging. Priscilla also led a Disruptive Innovation team that created Autumn’s Gold Grain Free Granola, now a $50M brand at Costco. Priscilla holds a BA from Dartmouth College in International Relations, an MBA from Wharton School of Business ‘12, and is a proud member of the Wharton Career Management Advisory Board. Priscilla is Chinese, was born in Brazil, grew up in Minnesota (quite the cultural combination!), and currently resides in Berkeley, CA with her husband, Alex.

Karni Baghdikian is a customer-obsessed brand builder with a background in filmmaking and digital marketing. Since joining Ring in 2012, Karni has helped take the company from an innovative startup, through hyper-growth and acquisition by Amazon, to a whole-home security company with over 17 million customers today. Karni has been foundational to Ring’s brand advertising and product marketing strategies, overseeing content and messaging for every product Ring has ever launched, and currently serves as Ring’s Global Head of Marketing.

Prior to joining Ring, Karni worked at various ad agencies before becoming a writer-director of commercial campaigns for Visine, Carl’s Jr., and Hasbro, the latter of which won a Cannes Silver Media Lion and garnered over 14 million online views. When he’s not dreaming up campaigns for Ring, Karni is often found cooking, losing to his wife at tennis, and teaching his daughters life lessons from the streets of Jersey. Karni earned a B.S. in MIS/Finance from Babson College, and is a 2008 graduate of the UCLA Professional Program in Screenwriting.

Brian Donnelly joined Ancestry in July 2021 as the Senior Vice President and General Manager of AncestryDNA. He is responsible for advancing scientific innovation and defining the long-term vision and global strategy to improve the customer experience, accelerate growth, and maximize the impact of AncestryDNA. Brian joined Ancestry from Amazon, where he served as the worldwide leader of Diagnostics and Genomics. Prior to Amazon, Brian held a variety of general management and global leadership roles at market-leading life science and genomics companies including Sequenom, Illumina, and Codex DNA where he was the Chief Commercial Officer.

Brian serves on the Board of Directors at BreakBio, and is an investor and advisor to several startups. He received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Elon Univeristy, an MBA and JD from Rutgers University, and completed an executive education program at Wharton. He lives in California with his wife and three children and enjoys spending time outside in nature with family and friends.
