He is a seasoned social media marketer and content creator, with previous experiences at ad agencies Ogilvy, AKQA, and Havas Worldwide, as well as at retailer, Old Navy. TT is most passionate about building communities and exploring the role of authenticity in today’s online media landscape.

A California native, TT currently resides in New York City and enjoys uncovering new restaurants, taking photos with his iPhone, and reading his (and others’) birth charts.

She has spent most of her time working in consumer industries, specifically within food & beverage and grocery retail where she worked for 7 years across all aspects of the value chain as both an operator and an M&A investment banking analyst. Prior to joining McKinsey, Jess was a General Manager for two early stage food & beverage companies, Evoke Healthy Foods and Wellness Works. She then transitioned to brand management & innovation roles at Freshpet, a publicly-traded high-growth natural pet food company, and during business school, at Colgate-Palmolive.

Jess enjoys cooking, playing tennis and hiking with her husband and miniature schnauzer, Hugo.

Jenny Danzi is currently PepsiCo’s Senior Director of New Platforms, leading innovation in emerging billion-dollar categories. She previously served as Founding Partner of the Hive, PepsiCo’s operating unit dedicated to product incubation. Since joining PepsiCo in 2009, Jenny has worked across teams including hydration innovation, Walmart shopper marketing, and the Mountain Dew brand. During her time on the Corporate Strategy team, she partnered on the ground with the team in Shanghai, building PepsiCo’s long-term food and beverage strategy for China. She developed advertising and communications for the Pepsi trademark on platforms including the Super Bowl and led the commercial agenda for the $2B dollar Pepsi-Starbucks North American Coffee Partnership.

Jenny is a founding member of Chief, an executive women’s network focused on closing the gender gap in business leadership, and serves on the board of WIN: Women in Innovation. She is dedicated to increasing diversity on every measure at the highest levels of the innovation community, and particularly to unleashing the potential of women to maximize their impact. She graduated from Williams College with a degree in economics, and studied at the London School of Economics and Dartmouth's Tuck School of Business.

Prior to healthcare, she covered the start-up and direct to consumer space for companies such as Blue Apron, Casper and Birchbox. She started her strategy and sales career within Google’s agency wing, developing a specialization in e-commerce and retail by shepherding 100+ brands such as Bombas, Alexander Wang, Harvard Business Review and Theory into a world of digital transformation.

Innovating for an impactful future and powerful narratives are Michelle’s lifelong passions. Hailing from Vancouver, Canada, Michelle graduated from Bates College with a degree in Sociology. She is deeply invested in diversifying perspectives and talent in the technology industry. Outside of work, Michelle dedicates her time to initiatives and organizations focused on social justice, poverty alleviation, and economic freedom through access to education and capital. You can often catch her on the squash court, traveling, spending time with loved ones, writing her blog (www.maisonpham.com), or reading a good book in a nook.

Marc Pritchard is responsible for P&G’s brand building disciplines worldwide. He sets the Company’s multi-billion-dollar media, marketing and advertising strategies, and leads marketing innovations that guide communication and brand building for P&G’s portfolio of trusted, quality brands.

Marc is a veteran of P&G for more than three decades, joining the company in 1982 as a cost analyst in the Paper Division, followed by a move into marketing in 1987 on the Sure anti- perspirant/deodorant brand. He has 20+ years of progressive experience in the Beauty and Personal Care categories which earned his appointment to president of Global Cosmetics and Personal Care in 2003. Known for his pioneering approach to product, commercial and operational innovation, Marc served as president of Global Strategy for two years, driving expanded productivity for P&G. He was appointed P&G’s chief marketing officer in 2008.

As P&G’s top brand builder, Marc believes in the power of brands to serve people with superior- performing products, while being both a force for good and a force for growth through ethics and responsibility, community impact, diversity and inclusion, gender equality and environmental sustainability. He continually leads P&G’s brand building reinvention and is a leading voice in the media, marketing and creative industry.

She is currently VP, Ecommerce and Digital at S’well, leading growth for the iconic brand across direct to consumer and Amazon. Prior to S’well she was VP, Marketing at Newell Brands where she built an in-house marketing and creative studio to serve portfolio brands such as Marmot, Parker, Coleman, and Sharpie. Prior to that, she spent nine years with agencies, majority of them at WPP’s J. Walter Thompson leading integrated brand marketing for Rolex, De Beers Forevermark, Macy’s, Nestle, and Unilever. She started her career as a fashion journalist at InStyle and was the old-school community manager (responded to reader’s emails!) at Lucky Magazine.

She serves on the Advisory Committee for CFDA’s Elaine Gold Launchpad and is a Fellow at Nest. She also serves as a mentor at Parsons and is visiting lecturer for Advertising Education Federation (AEF).

Jinal was ranked by The Guardian as one of the Ten Digital Strategists to Watch and was listed as iMedia's Top 25 Internet Innovators. Her work has won Influencer Marketer of the Year Award, Mobile Marketer of the Year Award, Gold and Silver Lions, ADC, Clip, Webby, and Etail.

Catalina McCallum is a Brand Manager at Annie's in Berkeley, CA, where she leads the Annie's Snacks portfolio. She oversees brand strategy, new product development, and business model transformation. Prior to joining the natural & organic operating unit of General Mills to work on Annie's, she worked on a number of brands at the General Mills headquarters in Minneapolis, MN, including Progresso, Pillsbury, and Fiber One. Before attending Wharton, she worked for Deloitte Consulting in the Federal practice on human capital and technology projects. She graduated from the Wharton MBA program in 2014 with concentrations in Marketing and Operations Management.

Liz joined Colgate in 2015 as part of the Global Marketing Development Program and has held various assignments of increasing responsibility within North America Brand Marketing. She has held roles in the North America Oral Care, North America Home Care, and Global Personal Care divisions.

Liz holds a BA degree from Williams College and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Pam Geist pursued a coterminous bachelor’s and master’s degree program in English at Stanford, graduating Phi Beta Kappa in Spring 2009. After Stanford, she worked for the San Francisco 49ers turning its new stadium dream into a reality, progressing with the project from its early days as a public ballot initiative through closing sponsorship deals including the marquee naming rights partnership with Levi Strauss. With the aim of switching to a career in CPG brand management, she attained her MBA from Wharton in 2015, graduating as a Palmer Scholar. At Wharton she was deeply involved in the business school community having served as a Leadership Fellow, Career Fellow, as well as a Marketing, Finance and Strategic Management TA. After Wharton she joined Procter & Gamble where she has worked across established brands (Charmin, Bounty) as well as launched new brands (P&G Ventures). In her current role as Brand Manager of “This is L.” she is charged with leading the growth, business/innovation planning and brand building for one of P&G’s most recent acquisitions. “This is L.” is an organic, B-Corp certified, mission-driven personal and period care brand built on the promise to makes one period care item (e.g. pad, tampon) accessible to a woman or girl who needs it around the world through sustainable channels of distribution for every period care item we sell. Pam currently resides in Cincinnati, enjoying the tremendous cost of living downward adjustment.
